The cancellation, the change into an anonym form or the restriction of data treated in violation of the law, included those we have not preserved in relation to the purposes for whom data have been accepted or successively treated.
The attestation that the operations mentioned in the letters b) and c) are known, even for what concerns their contents, by those to whom Your data have been communicated, excepted the case in which this accomplishment it reveals itself impossible or involves an effort out of proportion to the protected right;
You have the right to oppose, entirely or partly:
- for legitimate reasons to the treatment of Your personal details, even if pertinent to the purposes of their raising. In case You decide to make a use of this right, we have to inform You that it will not be possible to supply or continue to supply our service.
The rights in line with the art. 7 of the D. Lgs 196/03 are exercised by you (or by a delegate of Yours) by a request, liable to check, made without formality to the person in charge, even by a delegate.
